Beth ThompsonBeth Thompson, Founder and Director of CareerFusion, LLC celebrates 34 years as an RDH. She established The Florida Institute of Orofacial Myology, LLC, a clinic and learning center for health care providers in Port Orange, FL. Beth provides industry consulting services, Corporate Recruiting and Placement, and was the Editor in Chief for Contemporary Oral Hygiene for over six years. Her career has been multifaceted in clinical dental hygiene, education, sales and marketing management. She is a graduate of Indiana University, and Past President of the Indiana Dental Hygienist's Association. Beth is a Fellow in the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics, and currently serves on the ACE advisory board.

Shirley Gutkowski RDH, BSDH, FACE

Shirley Gutkowski RDH, BSDHShirley Gutkowski, coach of CareerFusion, is a dental hygienist who practiced full time general dental hygiene in Madison, WI from 1986 to 2003. She received her RDH from Madison Area Technical College and earned her Baccalaureate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Marquette University in 1999.

She's author of the best selling series The Purple Guide, and brings with her a talent for the written word, self publishing experience, stage work and computer expertise.

Debra is a nationally renowned speaker, columnist, published author, educator, consultant, clinical practitioner and certified aromatherapist. She has been influential and active in the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA) at the state and national levels. Debra was appointed as a member of the Illinois State Board of Dentistry by the Governor of Illinois in 2004.
